NB !!! – General Indoor Admin
1. The WP Hockey is to be notified of any problems regarding fixtures eg. no shows etc. The office must be notified per email within 1 week of the date that the original fixture was to take place. If the office is not notified teams will not be given credits.
2. All Indoor and Summer League invoices must be settled by 31 March 2012. Failure to do so will result in clubs being suspended from winter league.
3. Indoor League Rules apply and will be strictly adhered to. Please study these and make sure that everyone knows what is going on. (see attached)
4. Please note : There is a box of match cards at each indoor venue. These are to be completed and signed by the umpires for each game and completed cards put back into the box. The office will arrange to collect these. However match results must still be sent through to me as per the Indoor League rules.
