1. The WPHU Office is to be notified of any problems regarding fixtures eg. no shows etc. The WPHU office must be notified per email of the details of why a game did not take place within 1 week of the date of the original fixture. If the office is not notified teams will not be given credits. There will be NO credit allowed for a team that cancels or does not pitch for a game. The team that does not show up or cancels will have to cover the opposition’s match fee as well.
2. All Summer League invoices must be settled by 30 Nov 2013. Failure to do so will result in clubs being suspended in 2014.
